Product works and is high quality. Other brands that I have used up to this point haven't worked as well. You can actually tell it digests and can feel the results. It also dosnt have as overwhelming tast when mixed. Also no bad smell or taste. It is on the pricy side but in this situation I would say you get what you pay for.Ver másVer menos

Best product so far for stomach bloating
Was recommended L-Glutamine as I have been bloated ,indigested lately.Since I began this regimen I feel less and bloated and don't suffer any more.I can recommend this product.

It cured my gut!
Cured my gut! I had really bad GI difficulties for decades. I was told by a dietician to use three scoops a day. DOSE MATTERS! Is what she said and it does. I tried what my primary said one scoop a day and nothing got better in the many months I used it. But when I changed to 3 scoops a day it was a profound change. Pretty great for bloating and gut health!
I started seeing way less bloating and had little to no gas issues within a week or so after starting to use this consistently. I originally looked into taking L-glutamine because I was always bloated and wanted to try to fix my gut health. I’m sure also taking probiotics and prebiotics would help as well but with this alone I’ve see a HUGE difference. On the norm, there wouldn’t be a day that went by where I wasn’t bloated by 4pm, it was extremely rare so this is like my holy grail. ONLY thing I noticed was I use the restroom less for the number two.. I would be very regular more than once a day and now go maybe like once a day. YES this is tmi, but I feel like it’s good to know if you’re thinking about purchasing this product and have issues with going number two in general.Before purchasing I did see other people mention this as well (may cause constipation).Flavor-wise it tastes like Alka-seltzer.. I usually just mix with some sort of drink that will mask the flavor. Not the worst but I hate drinking it with just water (for the plain flavor).Ver másVer menos

Fine powder that is tasteless and mixes easily with milk or juice without clumping.

Good product
Amazon us took my order for 2 car cover's only got one. Making impossible for me to contact them. First one come on the 5th Feb. Second one is suppose to come on the 19th. if it even exists. The tracking information doesnt say who the courier is. It's being sitting in a warehouse somewhere I presume since the 7th Feb. Shame on you amazon. Really bad service. The cover is arriving 2 weeks after the other one. I believe people are holding onto my parcel because I refused to pay their ridiculous fees to transport it from overseas. It helps!
I have noticed a difference within a week of using this product and I will continue to use and see how it helps further with my ibs.I cannot explain how stressful it is to deal with stomach related issues and not knowing what the triggers are as it’s always changing. I feel more at ease taking this. I will try come back and update further on how I get on but I am genuinely impressed. At first I thought it was a fluke but it’s been continuous.It is very pricey and I was reluctant to buy but I’m glad I did. I know not every person will benefit from the product as each individual is different but I have ibs, endometriosis and I’m on strong painkillers and this has given me some relief on the severe bloat I suffered on a daily basis. I haven’t checked my weight but it was more for stomach related issues.I take it last thing at night as I am taking medication during the day and it may affect the absorption. Great for skin and leaky gut
The secret to my clear, break out free skin. I couldn’t recommend this enough for people struggling with leaky gut and consequently acne caused by certain food sensitivities. I usually dissolve it in warm water and lemon juice and drink it first thing in the morning. It doesn’t have any taste, but the effects are noticeable.
