  Great for tired hands

  I am a music therapist who plays guitar 5-8 hours per day. These larger triangle picks are great for tired hands- especially by the end of the day. The larger size makes it easier to grip than the standard sized picks--- and has that same awesome tortex sound. I probably have a little carpel tunnel and was dropping the standard size, and having some trouble keeping the pick where I wanted when my hands were tired- these are much better. I also like using this size with my music therapy clients when using autoharp or reverie harp- easier to hold for someone with fine motor challenges or arthritic hands(the slightly thicker yellow are a little better for those instruments).Ver másVer menos

  Perfect for straight down strokes

  I've always used the regular orange or yellow tortex pics. I just started a Ramones tribute band, and while doing research, I saw that Johnny used medium Fender white triangle pics. After trying those, I realized Fender makes some garbage pics. I was going through 4 to 5 per practice, literally cutting them in half.I liked the feel of them, and oddly, the triangular oversized Pic makes the constant 8th note down strokes a lot easier. So I went back to the company that I've used for almost 25 years. Got the green guys, because I didn't like the bend in the medium gauge. These things are practically indestructible.Ver másVer menos

  I like these picks, but they do wear quickly

  I like the larger size of these three-in-one picks, and their consistency. I use the thin ones, either 0.5 or 0.6 mm, depending on what I am playing. They wear quickly, but you can rotate them and use all three corners. The 0.5 mm are very flexible and give a soft sound, especially useful for aggressive strumming. Very expensive if purchased in small quantities (over $1/pick), more reasonable in quantity.Ver másVer menos

  Very comfortable to use

  This pick never fails me. I play acoustic guitar in an Irish pub band and we play a lot of fast music which can really tear up a pick or flat out just destroy it. I switched to these tortex picks because they hold up so much better than other picks while still giving me excellent playbility and speed for strumming.   Pena hakkında her şey.

  0,60 mm doğru kalınlık. Hatta elektro, akustik ve klasik gitar için doğrudan en iyi kalınlık, çok iyi işçilik çıkarmışlar.Penanın tutuş hissiyatı ise daha elinize ilk alışta önemli ölçüde iyi. Kaymaz ama tırtıklı da değil, ilginç bir mühendislik. O yönden parmaklarınızı rahatsız da etmez. Ve evet size biraz pahalı gelebilir.Ver másVer menos

  Es una pua más de 0.5 mm, nada especial, si te gustan las tortex de 0.5 mm con forma regular, te gustará ésta, tiene mayor superficie de agarre sin ser demasiado grande, la sensación al tocar es la misma que las de forma regular. Las recomiendo y creo que el paquete de 72 unidades me durará varios años. Solo una observación, al sacar una pua nueva del paquete, por el tamaño y el grosor, tienen a estar ligeramente cóncavas en el centro, pero con el uso (5 min o menos) recuperan la forma plana.   Natürlich Geschmackssache

  Ein Pick muss einem natürlich liegen, und hab auch sicher 40 andere vorher probiert, die meines nicht so waren, bei diesem bin ich dann hängen geblieben. Dünnere Picks kommen mir stilistisch nicht so entgegen, und kleinere derselben Dicke haben sich gern mal verabschiedet, wenn ein reißender Strom aus Schweiß ob der Halogenstrahler auf der Bühne bei schon an sich drückenden Temperaturen den Griff übermannt hat, hier ist etwas mehr Haltefläche, das hilft 😉Tatsächlich ist der Schwund auch zurückgegangen, da die etwas größeren Picks eher auffallen, und wenn eine Spitze ziemlich abgenudelt ist, kann man einfach weiterdrehen, bis man das Ding rundgespielt hat. Super-sanfte Anschläge sind womöglich nicht so die Stärke, braucht man beim Schädelbeuteln aber auch nicht so sehr...Ver másVer menos
