Good product with great customer service
Everything is working fine. I was quite pleased that the applied labels on the back panel were in large type and in easy-read black and white (instead of being tiny molded black on black characters like so many products). The AC cord for the unit is massive, and plenty long enough to be useful. I like having the option of being able to use the unit in two configurations (tower or flat). For me, the tower option saves some valuable space. The sealed bezel just pops out and allows the user to rotate it to suit either the tower or flat configuration.The Power Alert Agent Console software (free from the Web site) is quite simple and doesn't seem to add much. The software agent is probably unnecessary for home users.One annoyance: the LCD display on my particular unit was cockeyed by a few degrees. This was a purely cosmetic problem, since the device was working perfectly. I put in a help request with Tripp Lite to see if there was way I might be able to repair it myself. They asked me to send them a photograph (which I have uploaded here). They responded the next to explain that they would be sending me a new unit to replace the cockeyed one. It arrived yesterday at no cost to me and I am now a tremendously pleased Tripp Lite customer.Ver másVer menos
