I do believe it helps!! Our kiddos have taken this for years and we've noticed they are sick less often. When they come down with anything, I always bump up their dose but otherwise it's just once per day as maintenance during sick season!

Perfect. It helps with colds. My kid says it tastes and smells bad. But it does its job. The ingredients are phenomenal. I buy it for all my god children.
