I read one page a day
This is a nice book to pick up, and read a few inspirational pages each day.Changing the world is an inside job. Having the right mindset is imperative.

Recommend
Sweet little book. Keep on the positive way of life. It’s like a happy little book that has short inspirations. Nothing deep, just nice. Could be a stocking stuffer.

A worth reading book
This book relaxes you & some parts honestly do help you to feel better so much so that you just can't keep it to yourself & there are some parts that I will keep with me forever. Good ways to think about things.

Negative to positive thoughts
This is a book that helps you think in a more positive way. I read a message every day and try to use the technique to change my negative thoughts to positive. Con is and I am not all away through book is that I was hoping it would give me more inspirational quotes, it has more technique questions. But I am enjoying and the book is small to carry along and you can read multiple times or out of sync as messages are individualize.Ver másVer menos

Perfect for daily setting intentions
Wow, what a cute book! I really couldn’t ask for anything better: easy to read and understand, straightforward directions to reflect upon, and relevant to many people’s lives! I work in therapy groups and I could see reading these passages as serving as a starting point for people to talk about or parting thoughts for folks to take action on. Of course, not everything will apply to every person, every time, but it’s always good to take stock of your progress and where you want to go. My favorite thing is sunshine and this delivers a dose of it and a smile every day !!!
When this little book came up as a suggestion to read I had no idea of what it was going to be about but the title said daily sunshine and that’s my favorite considering I suffer from migraines. I read a page a day or 2 and smile then start my day . Thank you so much for making me look at things a little different and helping me find my smile when it might be hard sometimes to do so .. Great uplifting book
I bought this to read with coffee in the morning to work on feeling more gratitude etc and it’s exceeded my expectations. Really great thoughts, cute little book. Helps me to reframe my thoughts and start my days more positive

So good. I intuitively tune in with whatever number that comes to my head and turn to that page and the guidance is spot on. I also sometimes open up a random page which can also work. Genuinely helpful advice with a gently spiritual perspective, but nothing religeous.Ver másVer menos
