  Powerful, Lightweight, and Perfect for Working on the Go

  I absolutely love this MacBook Air. It was finally time to replace my older MacBook, and I decided to go from a 15-inch model to the 13-inch. I was a little worried that the smaller screen might not be enough, but it has been the perfect size. It's much easier to carry with me, which is important since I'm a real estate agent and take my laptop everywhere.The setup process was incredibly simple. Everything transferred seamlessly from my old MacBook, and because I already use an iPhone, everything synced flawlessly. Messages, photos, contacts, documents, and apps were all available with very little effort, making the transition completely stress-free.Performance has been outstanding. The M5 chip is incredibly fast, applications open almost instantly, multitasking is smooth, and everything feels responsive. Whether I'm working with multiple documents, managing real estate transactions, or browsing with several tabs open, it handles everything without slowing down.The Sky Blue color is absolutely beautiful. It's subtle, elegant, and gives the laptop a sleek, premium look. The Liquid Retina display is bright and crisp, making photos, videos, and everyday work look fantastic. The battery life has also been excellent, allowing me to work throughout the day without constantly searching for an outlet.Overall, this has been a fantastic upgrade. It's lightweight, powerful, beautifully designed, and works perfectly with the rest of the Apple ecosystem.   Excellent MacBook Air and an Even Better Deal Before the Price Increase

  I’m very happy with this 13-inch MacBook Air. I was lucky to get it right before the price increase, so it felt like an even better purchase and a great value for what it offers.The design is exactly what I wanted from a MacBook Air: thin, lightweight, clean, and easy to carry around. The Midnight color looks premium and modern, and the laptop feels very well built without being bulky. It is easy to take to work, school, travel, or use around the house.Performance has been excellent so far. The M5 chip feels fast and smooth for everyday tasks, multitasking, browsing, documents, streaming, video calls, and productivity work. With 16GB unified memory, it handles multiple apps and tabs much better than basic configurations, and the 512GB SSD gives enough storage for regular use without feeling limited right away.The 13.6-inch Liquid Retina display is another highlight. Everything looks sharp, bright, and clear, whether I am reading, watching videos, or working for long hours. The camera quality is also good for video calls, and Touch ID makes logging in quick and convenient.Battery life has also been very impressive. It lasts a long time on normal use, which makes it reliable for daily work without constantly looking for a charger.Overall, this MacBook Air feels fast, portable, premium, and dependable.   I absolutely love this MacBook Air M5. It’s super fast, lightweight, and the battery lasts all day for me.   Amazon made false promises

  The MacBook Air M5 13-inch is absolutely the best purchase I have made in my entire life. It is so light that it doesn't make any difference in my backpack. It is fast and absolutely great to handle everyday tasks. However, I am extremely disappointed with the way Amazon handled my case.On June 25, 2026, I purchased an Apple MacBook Air M5 during a promotional period for $949.00 plus $6.99 shipping, for a total of $955.99. My order was subsequently affected by Amazon's account-security and payment-verification procedures and was canceled. I complied with multiple identity-verification requests, submitted the documentation Amazon requested, and eventually had my account and identity verification successfully restored.The problem became much worse afterward.Because Amazon would not reinstate my original order, I contacted Customer Service and escalated the matter to a supervisor. I was specifically instructed to purchase the same product again at the higher price, wait until it was delivered, and then contact Amazon for a reimbursement of the difference.This was not something I assumed or interpreted myself.The supervisor calculated the difference using the original total of $955.99 and the replacement price of $1,298.00:$1,298.00 − $955.99 = $342.01I was then given the same information again by another Amazon representative, and Amazon subsequently sent me a written confirmation stating that the $342.01 difference would be reimbursed after the replacement order was delivered.Additional escalation contacts also confirmed that Amazon could honor the promised reimbursement.I therefore relied on Amazon's instructions and purchased the replacement MacBook at the substantially higher price. The replacement order was delivered on July 27.Only after I had followed Amazon's instructions and completed the purchase did Amazon change its position and refuse to provide the $342.01 reimbursement.What makes this particularly frustrating is that Amazon later attempted to treat my case as a normal "price matching" request. It was not.I did not buy a product and later ask Amazon to match a lower price. I had already purchased the product at the promotional price. Amazon's own security procedures resulted in the original order being canceled, and Amazon representatives then instructed me to make a more expensive replacement purchase with the specific assurance that the difference would be reimbursed afterward.I followed the procedure Amazon gave me.Instead of resolving the matter, I have experienced contradictory explanations, repeated transfers, and a situation in which the promised solution effectively disappeared after I had fulfilled my part of the agreement.This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Amazon's Customer Service. A customer should be able to rely on a specific resolution provided by a supervisor and subsequently confirmed in writing. If Amazon can tell a customer to spend hundreds of dollars more and then simply refuse the promised reimbursement afterward, it raises serious questions about the reliability and accountability of its Customer Service system.

  Love it...purchased the "Used - Very Good"

  I purchased this as "used" in Very Good condition. The new was about $150 off and this was another almost $75 off. The description from Amazon was that the screen had no signs of scratches and the original box showed signs of damage when they inspected it. I took a chance since there were free returns.It arrived in a brown box with the Amazon Prime tape like so many of my boxes. When I opened it, there was the Apple box and it did show some damage, but nothing significant. When I opened the Apple box, the computer was in there and it was not in the normal Apple cover/wrapper like when you buy new. But as I inspected all of the computer, I did not see anything to note. It all looks like new with the exception you could see smudges and smears that you don't see from Apple with new, but no big deal. Also in the box was the charging cord that was just wound up with a twist tie on it, you could tell it has been unwrapped from the original packaging and the same with the charging block. They were in like new condition, just not in the original packaging. The envelope that normally comes with Apple products were also included.When I started the computer it was about 93% charge and it booted up as a new setup. Once I set it up and running I checked a couple things. There were no other user profiles in it and the battery cycles was 2, so that means me turning it on was only the second time. I was expecting that to be higher number since someone had already purchased it and since Amazon had tested and inspected it. But I will take it.I have found not issues what so ever and have everything setup and running for a couple of days. I have had a number of Apple MacBook Air computers over the years and have always enjoyed them and this one is no different. Like the dark color, and all of the features and functions they have upgraded. My last one that I just retired is an M1, so lots of positive changes since it. Will continue to buy Apple products and the 13" MacBook Air is perfect for what I do. I had given serious thought to the Neo because of my needs. But with the price of this I only paid a little more to get the MacBook Air and all of the features and functions this offers.Ver másVer menos
