Good brand. Great product. I comparison shopped and did some research before going with this brand. I’m happy with the product quality and price. Please research why it’s important to take K2 and D3 together. (It’s important)This supplement is most commonly used to support bone health, vascular health and to help with immunity.Pure Encapsulations Vit D3 and K2 contains hypoallergenic plant fiber and a vegetarian capsule. It is free from common allergens, GMOs, and artificial additives. These are easy to swallow capsules and the recommended dosage is just one per day. BUT, check with your doctor. While most people are vitamin D deficient, it is possible to have too much. Vitamins A,D, E and K are fat soluble and can be stored in your liver leading to toxicity. Also, if you’re on a blood thinner ask your doctor before taking vitamin K in any form.Friendly educational information from a nurse.
