I ordered the dinosaur dangle earrings in July. The estimated arrival time for the earrings was about 4 days. Well,they kept getting delayed, and as I was tracking my order I noticed the earrings kept going to different states. The earrings came to my state then they got shipped to another state weird. Two different times I spoke to representatives from Amazon, didn’t even try to go out of their way to find out what the issue was. The second representative I spoke to I asked to be compensated for the trouble,she never took the intuitive to offer me anything!. I ended up waiting about two weeks for the earrings. I phoned Amazon today to try to discuss the problem and see if they would give me a discount on my next order,the manager said no we can’t do that. The only thing I can say is that Amazon you have a very poor,poor attitude towards your customers!. And poor customer service people working for you.

Great quality and great price
Very good quality. Does what it says,keeps cold liquids cold and hot liquids hot. And another nice thing is you don’t have to worry about it leaking. I would highly recommend this Thermos!
