High Quality
These taste and smell nice. Seems like a quality product. Last week I started taking these with creatine, fish oil, multivitamin, and magnesium glycinate. Today I started taking turmeric pills as well because I am on a calorie deficit and my joints were hurting. Today I ate breakfast at 6 AM and haven't eaten since(Its 10:40 PM). My joints feel great right now and I have been feeling great since starting this stack. So not sure about this product by itself but seems pretty good. The pills do stick to bottom of the container, but just wiggle it a bit and one will come loose pretty easily. It's mk-7, and has coconut oil too. I will get this brand again if I continue taking d3-k2. I recommend these for sure.Ver másVer menos

High quality vegan supplement
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines both D3 and K2 in one supplement. I appreciate the clean, vegan ingredients and haven’t experienced any stomach upset. It’s a high-quality product, and I’ll continue purchasing it.
