I have been looking for a reputable company that uses high quality ingredients and the most absorbed form of the vitamins and minerals and Thorne is it!!!! Also, please ignore other comments about toxic vitamin B amount, people should educate themselves before leaving a harmful comment like that. Vitamin B are water soluble which means our body flushes out any amount that we dont need. The only vitamin B you should watch your dosage is vitamin B3 and B6 which as you can see they have a normal amount, the B12 at 25,000% (600mcg) is not harmful or toxic at all as B12 does not have an upper limit considering as i said befor it flushes out any amount your body is not using or doesn't need which is why your pee turns neon yellow. No, it's not dehydration it is just your body getting rid of the B12 that is does not need at the moment. So please do your own research before listening to uneducated comments, the pills size is decent although it does have a very strong odor which takes a while to get used to but the pros outweigh the nasty odor.It is a huge plus that this also includes Boron even if its only 2mg but it works as maintenance. Overall you are looking at the best mix of multivitamins in the market equal only to Nordic Naturals mens extra strength multivitamin which is another great choice but a bit pricier, so Thorne takes the win.
